Hare coursing in East Cambs

Dear Resident,

On Sunday, we received multiple reports of hare coursing across East Cambridgeshire. Officers were quickly deployed to the area and three vehicles were seized as part of our response, a Ford Ranger, a Land Rover Defender and a Subaru.

The driver of the Land Rover Defender was reported for failing to stop.

We want to reassure our rural communities that we will continue to take proactive action against those involved in illegal hare coursing. We are committed to making Cambridgeshire a hostile place for anyone who comes here to take part in this activity.
